2024 - 2025

Welcome to Class 5!

We have lots of exciting opportunities ahead of us this term.  We will be visiting Jodrell Bank to help us with our Science topic on Space.  We will take a look at Britain's National Parks in Geography and travel back in time to understand life in the Shang Dynasty. Bikeability will be happening in the Autumn term too, there is so much to look forward to!

PE is on a  Wednesday and Friday - remember that children will now need to wear their PE kit to school on these days. 

Homework is given out on a Friday and needs to be returned by Wednesday (sometimes Monday!)

Spellings are given out on a Monday and tested on the following Monday

Reading books are changed whenever they are finished.  But we need to see that children have read 3 times a week (minimum). That runs from Friday to Friday.
